What you need to know
Order cut-off: place orders by 3pm for the next business day
Pickup: available 7 days
Delivery orders: Monday–Friday (requests accepted before 4pm)
Delivery radius: within 3km of Melb CBD
Delivery fee: $20 flat rate (subject to availability)
Minimums: $300 minimum for delivery / no minimum for pickup
Last minute orders: Please call us for a fast response (03) 9663 3316.
Payment: Once confirmed, we'll send an invoice via email. Payment can be made by payment link or direct debit. All catering orders must be paid the day prior to delivery.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made before 3pm the business day before delivery. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted.

Your order is confirmed only once Hella Good confirms availability in writing and issues an invoice & confirmation.
Once confirmed, an invoice will be issued. All catering orders must be paid the day prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup.
Cancellations must be made prior to 3pm on the business day before your order. We are unable to accept cancellations on the day of delivery.
